Programs & Activities
Program 1
$110KLaunchme is a global mentorship program connecting early-career professionals and students with experienced industry professionals to explore career opportunities, broaden professional networks, develop essential career skills, and strengthen business acumen. Since its inception in 2022, the program has engaged over 800 participants across more than 17 countries through one-on-one mentoring, group sessions, and professional development and networking events; resulting in access to a broader range of career possibilities, meaningful professional relationships, and strengthened leadership skills.
Program 2
$70KJumpstart: an industry introduction program. Jumpstart operates both at the global level (virtual) and in select regions (in-person) around the world. In both instances, the program provides university students with an introduction to the financial services industry and the opportunity to meet experienced professionals. In many ways, jumpstart is exactly what the name suggests: an entry-point into the finance industry from which students can continue to build and explore. Throughout the course of the program, participants receive career guidance, industry information, interviewing and networking tips, and opportunities to interact with professionals, recruiters, and fellow students from around the world. The program is intended to serve as a pre-internship primer and is geared for students at any stage of their career exploration. Some may have already landed finance internships, while others are seeking guidance about where to begin their search. To complement jumpstart programming at the global level, we host one-day in-person education events for students in select geographies. In the spring and fall, a half-day program in hong kong college students were able to meet experienced professionals in the financial services industry.
Program 3
$35KFirst impressions dinner: the corporate host invites a bespoke list of its senior executives, clients and their daughter, niece or mentee. 100 women in finance also invites a group of female students from the local public or partner schools. A panel discussion for the adults and students is held with women in the industry from different role types to share their potential stories and describe what they do on a day-to day basis. Following the presentation, students sit with the panelists and role models to ask questions openly over dinner.
