By accessing or using Grantivo's website, applications, or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Grantivo on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Accounts & Eligibility
To use Grantivo, you must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Paid Accounts & Billing
Certain Grantivo features require payment. By purchasing credits, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. Credits are purchased on a pay-as-you-go basis and do not renew automatically. Refunds are provided where required by law or at Grantivo's discretion.
User Content & Data
You retain ownership of any content, documents, or data you upload or create in Grantivo. You grant Grantivo a limited license to use your content solely for operating, maintaining, and improving our services. Grantivo does not sell your data to third parties.
Intellectual Property
All Grantivo trademarks, logos, and software are the property of Grantivo. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our services as intended and in accordance with these terms.
AI Features & Usage
Grantivo's AI features allow you to submit inputs and receive generated outputs or analysis and suggestions. You own your inputs and outputs. Usage may be limited by your plan or credits. You agree not to use Grantivo's AI to infringe on others' rights, violate laws, or build competing services.
Limitations & Responsibilities
You agree to use Grantivo in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for your content and for ensuring it does not violate any laws or the rights of others.
Termination
Grantivo may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, cause harm, or misuse the service. We will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy where possible.
Modifications to Service
Grantivo may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. Where possible, we will provide advance notice and allow you to download your content before significant changes.
Third-Party Links
Grantivo may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy, or practices of those third parties.
Disclaimers & Liability
Grantivo's services are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Grantivo's liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute with Grantivo, please contact us first at hi@grantivo.com. If we cannot resolve the issue, any claims will be subject to the courts of the jurisdiction in which Grantivo is established, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Grantivo is established, except where local law (for example, consumer protection law) requires that the laws of your country or state apply.
