9H RESEARCH FOUNDATION

9h research foundation (the "foundation") was organized solely for the purpose of designing, building, and operating a small photovoltaic electricity generation facility for the benefit of university of wyoming students. The facility is available for use by faculty and currently enrolled students of the university of wyoming college of engineering and applied sciences (the "college") for use in research and experimentation. The foundation's goal is to enable students and faculty of the college to think creatively about how solar electricity generation facilities can be incorporated into the u.s. Electricity supply and grid. While the possibilities for student and faculty use are very broad, potential topics of study and experimentation include the use of solar installations to support novel activities or new technologies such as innovative long-term energy storage, more efficient tracking equipment, or operation and maintenance procedures or technologies to maximize electricity produ
