Ryan white program - the ryan white program is a u.s. Department of health and human services funded program that helps low-income people with hiv. The program helps them receive medical care, medications, and essential support services to help them stay in care.

Continuum of care program (formerly known as supportive housing program) - promotes the development of supportive housing and supportive services to enable homeless persons to live as independently as possible. During the 2024 year, aids alabama managed three continuum of care grants and reported the following clients served for the 2024 aprs: ascension rapid rehousing - 89, le project - 50, and the way station - 65. The primary indicator for these programs serving homeless individuals and their families is the percentage of clients able to secure stable housing. Aids alabama's continuum of care program achieved the following percentages of clients able to secure stable housing during 2024: ascension rapid rehousing - 79%; le project - 72%; and the way station - 100%.other programs include prevention and post test education, targeted case management, and various other programs.
