ALIRO FOUNDATION

The foundation facilitates patient access to providers of medical care. The foundation provides educational materials at community fairs, educational events, and other sites of gathering of individuals. It also coordinates with other organizations, such as the american cancer society, to support their efforts for better patient awareness. The foundation seeks to identify providers who work with native american populations and give them education on the availability of these services as well as the patients who are at risk and may benefit from identification, diagnosis, and treatment of the various conditions which plague theircommunities. All activity was temporarily suspended during 2021, because all native american reservations were closed down to outside access, due to covid-19. The foundation has not resumed activity at the end of 2023.
