This centralized arrangement maximizes administrative efficiency, consistent policies and procedures, and frees program personnel and program resources for mission-related service to the aged and disabled.

$3.4MThe in-home & home health programs help the disabled, chronically ill and frail elderly to maintain independent living in their homes. In home services such as personal care (bathing, grooming), light housekeeping and meal preparation were provided to 348 individuals in 24 counties; some 237,244 hours of service. Home health, including specialized therapies, wound care, medication management, and other skilled nursing responsibilities delivered approximately 27,611 visits to patients in 7 counties.
