$488KWorld alzheimer's month 2023 saw 111 countries participating, 35 million social media impressions of the hashtags and 300 pieces of traditional media coverage. Adi was pleased to welcome its first cohort of 6 digital interns to participate in the campaign. The world alzheimer report 2022, entitled 'life after diagnosis: navigating treatment, care and support', includes over 100 essays from leading experts from around the world on the issue of post-diagnostic support. Adi also launched the report 'from plan to impact vi' looking at public policy on dementia around the world, and contributed to other publications. Adi publishes a regular "global perspective" newsletter and other educational publications.

$303KA three-day alzheimer university was held in august 2023 in london. Member webinars and online meetings were held during the year with participants from 42 countries, including sessions targeted for members in the caribbean, latin america and africa. Regional meetings were held in africa.
Program 3
$63KAdi continued to participate in research projects and collaborations, including a memorandum of understanding with the world-wide fingers project, forming connections between global brain health institute (gbhi) fellows and adi members. Adi worked with london school of economics (lse) and lorenzo's house to adapt the evidence-based stride anti-stigma toolkit to address the unique needs of young people coping with a parent with younger-onset dementia. Adi collaborated in other research projects and pharmaceutical company initiatives to promote the involvement of alzheimer associations, particularly from low and middle income countries.
