AMERICAN ARMOURED FOUNDATION INC

The foundation is a non-operating private foundation. Its primary charitable activity is providing financial support to qualified public charities as described in irc section 509(a)(1) and 509(a)(2). The foundation no longer operates a museum or directly engages in the preservation or public display of military vehicles, arms, uniforms, or equipment. Previously, the foundation's direct charitable activities included managing a museum open to the general public and restoring and preserving military artifacts. These operating activities have ceased, and the foundation's current charitable purpose is fulfilled exclusively through grantmaking to support the charitable programs of other public charities.
