Amp the Cause

Community Day is one day of community service that typically sends over 800 volunteers (unaudited) providing 5,000+ volunteer hours (unaudited) to 55 local nonprofits so they can focus on more critical needs, such as staffing and programming. Amp the Cause provides all supplies and materials for each project, including breakfast, lunch, covered parking, transportation to and from all volunteer sites, a post-event appreciation party, and T-shirts for all volunteers.

Holidays for Kids provides a one-in-a-lifetime holiday experience for children from Title I schools with a population of 90 percent or more free or reduced lunch participants. The day is complete with arts and crafts, face painters, a visit from Santa, a hot lunch, and a backpack full of books and toys for each child.

Celebrity Waiter combines food and fun to support the Amp the Cause mission while enjoying phenomenal food, exciting company, and the entertaining antics of local celebrities who will act as servers for the evening to raise funds for Amp the Cause.
