$1.4MPersonal Assistance Services/Community First Choice program is designed for Medicaid eligible elderly or disabled individuals in need of in-home personal care to remain in their homes and independent. Consumers are able to hire, train and supervise personal care attendants that work in their home. Care Coordinators assist consumers with eligibility requirements and developing and managing a long-term supportive care plan.Served 206 clients with 23,824 units of service
