Trails, a pump track, a boat launch, the park monument, the maintenance building, the dog park, and the exchange pavillion, as well as a significant portion of the landscaping were largely completed by the end of the fiscal year. The onward and upward center was over 50% completed. The park opened to the public in the fall of 2024.
