Publications, webinars, and other programs - aws supports women surgeons through publications, webinars, and other programming. Publications include the "aws pocket mentor" manual (a manual created for surgical interns and residents) and "navigating your surical career" guide (a guide written by leaders in surgery to inspire young surgeons and make their career journey a bit easier). Webinars and other programs include virtual workships and webinars for educational purposes, the signature speaker series, fellowship grants, and other programs and resources directly benefiting women surgeons.
