When a participant in a timed driving event (gymkhana or autocross) hosted by an affiliated local club is not a member of the austin-healey club of america (ahca) that participant is charged an additional fee that is remitted to the national club. The local chapter also reimburses the ahca for an additional premium for each timed driving event.

The 2024 conclave was hosted by the wisconsin austin-healey ahca chapter. The ahca furnishes assistance in planning and running the event and provides funds when necessary. Any excess revenue is shared between the host club and the ahca.
