AZARE INC

Azare, inc. Contracts with the missouri department of mental health to provide day habilitation, transportation services, and health care services to mentally and physically handicapped individuals who cannot care for themselves without supervision. The services are governed by the contract developed between the state of missouri and azare, inc.the program is under the direction of the azare, inc. Board of directors, with linda l. Mashburn as the director in charge. Other persons associated with the program are certified by education and experience to oversee the activities of the individuals served by azare, inc.
