Bethany lutheran ministries, a christian organization, owned and operated warsaw meadows care center, a 24-hour skilled nursing facility providing services to theirpatients/residents including, but not limited to: medical services, rehabilitation services (physical, occupational & speech therapies, long-term nursing care, hospice care, activity programs and social services. Warsaw meadows care center was comitted to providing comprehensive care while maintaining the integrity of the residents. While bethany no longer operates the warsaw facility, it still remains committed to the support of charitable causes and is currently developing a new philanthropic plan for the future.
