The Foundation employees salaries teachers with the New Mexico Certification and additional training in a curriculum dealing with Dyslexia developed for the National Organization of Scottish Rite Masons. In calendar year 2023 there were less than ten (10) students in this program. The teachers attend professional workshops and conferences specific to Dyslexia every year. The Bethlehem lodge donates to the foundation the building and land the foundation operates in.
