Post-secondary scholarshipsboise school district students' post-secondary education includes funds for two-year college, four-year college or university and professional technical education.

Innovation grant award programfor the 2024-2025 school year the boise public schools education foundation funded 98 innovation grant awards to boise schools educators for innovating and motivating programs and projects at 39 schools.

S.a.f.e. Relief funds.a.f.e. Was created to assist students in the boise school district and their families with immediate basic needs to help district students stay in school. Low-income, at risk students have a variety of needs ranging from school supplies, clothing, and personal needs, to participate in school activities, to rent and utility assistance. The s.a.f.e. Program targets those students who are outside the federal grant requirements and are at risk and operating near homelessness.

Community schoolsboise district community schools are both a place and a set of partnerships between the school and other community resources. Their integrated focus on academics, health, and social services, youth and community development and family engagement leads to improved student learning, stronger families and healthier communities. The six district schools; frank church, garfield, morley nelson, taft, whitney, and whittier have been designated as community schools. Each will have dedicated space in the school and a staff assigned to plan, organize, and implement the community school model in a way that best serves each school's neighborhood.
