Bon Secours - St Francis Medical

Bon Secours St. Francis Family Medicine Residency Program: The Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) affiliated Bon Secours St. Francis Family Medicine Residency Program opened its doors in August 2005 and is fully accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education. Bon Secours has built a program that creates family physicians and serves western Chesterfield county and surrounding areas in suburban Richmond, Virginia. The faculty includes a mixture of rural and suburban-based academicians and clinicians. Subspecialty preceptors are drawn from a premier network of Bon Secours affiliated physicians. The residency program is housed in a building designed specifically for the needs of resident education and efficient clinical care. In addition to rotating through Bon Secours St. Francis Medical Center, residents use many of the award-winning systems through our practice, the four hospitals of Bon Secours Richmond Health System, and our community outreach including Care-A-Van, our free mobile health clinic.
