$805Patient navigation: direct breast cancer patients and their families to information about breast cancer and resources in their community that can help them with financial assistance for food, transportation, child care, utilities and more during treatment. Women and men with breast cancer call our patient navigation center to find resources that will help them through the crisis at 216-255-3850 or they can email help@bcfohio.org.
