A group art exhibition of hybrid-literary works featuring visual-textual artworks by 12 artists.pnca print media mfa exhibition: exhibition of pnca print media 2024 mfa graduates.the birth of cascadia is an exhibition that will be presented in partnership with oregon origins project. The exhibition features work by 10 artists invited to respond to a pivotal moment in the state's ancient history.love, oregon weekend gathering and campout presents a celebration honoring the true essence of our incredible state. A day in the forest: for our oceans was a gathering that featured local music and art, and presented to broaden support for the work of the sea shepherd conservation society, an organization dedicated to protect marine wildlife.

Residencies -residency with lucy cotter to support a publication and public program series. The expanded second edition of "reclaiming artistic research" explores artistic research in dialogue with 24 artists worldwide. The public program series "artistic research in a world" on fire expands on themes and dialogues presented in the publication.camp colton residencies: we are expanding our presence in rural oregon through residency programs presented at camp colton. In addition to welcoming artists, curators and cultural practitioners through evolving offerings, we piloted a mental health stabilization residency, and have been actively engaging in environmental justice work.the publication "unfolding" features six years of our technical residency in papermaking, presented in partnership with pulp + deckle papermaking studio. The gallery residency was designed to support local artists by providing free access to our downtown gallery and exible-use space.

Placemaking + community building - in an effort to offer more programs in and for rural communities, we have been organizing more open park days and also expanding on our existing studio facilities. In 2024 we started the buildout of a new textile and fibers studio.stelo has a growing art and publication collection. We purchase artwork from artists participating in the space to share program with the goal of supporting artists and making art and art books more widely available to the public. These collections invite visitors to engage in our resource room through the mutable library, and welcome guests in spaces infused with the energy of creatives we serve.

Space to share -our space to share (s2s) program operates from both our downtown urban gallery/ex space in portland, or and from our rural campus at camp colton in colton, or. It is an initiative that embodies our commitment to resource sharing by making our spaces accessible to mission-aligned organizations, communities, and individuals with minimal oversight and support. By offering our facilities during unreserved times on our calendar, we aim to create opportunities for supportive and restorative experiences that build capacity, and foster connection, collaboration, and healing. In 2024, s2s was able to support the following local organizations: pacic northwest college of art, adams and ollman, oregon contemporary, portland institute for contemporary art, mullowney printing company, gather:make:shelter, co/lab pdx.
