It combines clca's water management course with the qualified water efficient landscaper course into one training. It is offered for free to all that wish to participate in southern california. With guidance from the california department of water resources, clca offers a free certificate training to understand landscaping best management practices to prepare and comply with the ordinance for landscape contractors, landscape designers, landscape architects, irrigation consultants and city inspection agencies.
