To spread awareness about breast cancer by conducting breast cancer workshops across the country. To solicit, accept, hold and invest, reinvest and administer funds exclusively for charitable, educational, religious purposes and to that end, to take and receive, by bequest, devise, gift or benefit of trust, and to purchase, construct upon of lease, any property, real, personal, tangible or intangible, whosesoever located and without limitation as to value. The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, educational, religious, or scientific purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
