Unistel is a preferred source provider through a partnership with the ability one program and source america. Customers rely on our expertise in packaging, consolidation, assembly and warehousing to get their projects completed. Our highly skilled and dedicated team provides quality products and services to those we serve and offers employment opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and veterans. Our supported employment (semp) provide pre-employment transition, employment preparation, job placement and supported employment services to assist someone in obtaining and maintaining competitive environment. 90 people were served.

Cds monarch has four satellite locations in eastern monroe county that offer comprehensive day habilitation services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. These services are designed to promote independence and help participants develop life skills and enjoy some recreational time. Each location is properly staffed to create a more personal setting with individualized support. Creative opportunities allow people to express themselves and grow through a variety of therapeutic and community based activities. Our without walls (wow) opportunity picks up and drops off its participants right at home and gives individuals the chance to participate in volunteer experiences, collaborate with community agencies and engage in physical activities throughout the week while maintaining a focus on individual valued outcomes and skill-building goals. 268 people were served.

Other program services include family support services, community prevocational services, senior services and clinical services. Our various family support and respite services are designed to help reduce the stress of primary caregivers while improving independence and social skills for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. These services include family groups, community recreation and autism skill building among others. Our community prevocational services help participants to adapt to work routines, acquire appropriate work habits, and adjust to workplace demands. Individuals work with staff to develop and enhance their current skills which will enable them to find job placement in the community, all while receiving on-the-job support during the course of their employment. Senior services provides modern and affordable community-based housing for senior citizens, individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, veterans and families. Clinical services provide physical, occupational and speech-language therapies to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities who receive services from cds monarch.
