Education, outreach & assistance:this program provides scholarships, training grants, and studentloans for the residents of st. Paul island to further theireducation. It funds educational programs and curriculum providedby other local entities. This program also provides outreach tothe community of st. Paul via newsletters, radio announcements,website, community surveys, and annual meetings. The assistancefund provides financial support for community wellness,bereavement, and local volunteer operations. The program alsoprovides support for the tribal government of st. Paul islandprograms.
