These program goals are federally funded through the united states department of housing and urban development (hud) and the organization sub contracts with non-profit agencies as subrecipients throughout the county. The continuum of care is also the designated planning group for the provision of services and planning to meet the needs of the homeless and homeless subpopulations and hmis.

$160KElder home repair and maintenance - provides elders who own their own homes with emergency repairs and routine maintenance to prevent elders from being displaced due to endangering conditinos in their homes. There is no charge for labor.
