The executive leadership institute (eli) for ceos 2024 cohort conducted 3 in-person convenings. The eli for vps completed two meetings of its 2023-2024 cohort, and engaged a new batch of vps in its 2024-2025 class - with two meetings held in 2024 and the final convening scheduled for early 2025. Preparation work ensued for the planned 2025 convening of the eli for alums, during the cfleads forum event.

Hosted webinars and presented at regional and national conferences. Published blog posts, published/shared resources and newsletters related to community leadership and community foundations' work. Hosted "the gathering," an event designed exclusively for african-american community foundation ceos.
