Select greater philadelphia grant the purpose of the program is to support educational, outreach and maketing activities of select greater philadelphia (select) in connection with its regional business marketing campaign. These activities are designed to contribute to the revitalization of the greater philadelphia region, thereby combating community deterioration, lessening the burdens of government and creating job opportunities for low income, unemployed and under employed residents.
