Other programsin keeping with chandler service clubs mission, to feed and cloth, chandler service club partners with local groups and individuals when a significant need has been identified. In 2024-2025, we participated in programs that sponsor thanksgiving dinners for families in need: chandler service club along with the chandler boys and girls club provided pies to feed guests. The pies were given with a boxed thanksgiving meal to families who would not be able to afford a thanksgiving meal.

Jewel lewis and helen pernell scholarships: chandler service club administers an academic scholarship program for chandler citizens pursuing post-secondary degrees at arizona colleges and universities, one year scholarships are awarded to new and returning college students who demonstrate financial need, extraordinary circumstances, and barriers to achieving a college education. In 2024-2025, 6 applicants were chosen to receive financial aid through this program.

Warm feet warm heartschandler service club worked directly with chandler unified school district health aides to provide new shoes, jackets and personal undergarments for children in dire need. Thoses who come to school inadequately dressed are unable to participate in routine activities, which affects their physical and emotional well-being. In extreme cases, children may stay home from school because of their lack of shoes and clothing. In 2023-2024, we were able to purchase shoes for individual children, distributing 226 new pairs of shoes. Chandler service club also provided 48 new jackets, socks and undergarments, which were delivered by chandler service club to schools upon request.

Kids on their own (koto)chandler service clubs kids on their own (koto) program is a direct response to the astonishing rate of homeless families and high school students within the chandler unified school district. Chandler service clubs mission is to help these homeless students/families with basic everyday necessities/urgent hardships that may come their way. Chandler service club works directly with the chandler unified school district federal programs and state initiatives' staff in identifying these student/families who are most in need of our financial assistance.
