Education - Evaluation & Learning: Evaluation and Learning encompasses the Education Team's investments in building knowledge, assessing impact, and informing strategic decisions. This includes internal learning efforts and external measurement and evaluation activities such as policy scans, research synthesis, and strategic studies. These efforts support continuous improvement and guide future initiatives including long-term planning.

Jewish Grantmaking - Schusterman Fellowship: The Schusterman Fellowship is an 18 month leadership development program for senior executives in the Jewish nonprofit field. Fellows participate in a 360 leadership assessment, executive coaching, virtual and inperson learning, customized professional development plans and spiritual study. Upon completing the program, Fellows join an alumni network that supports their continued growth and collaboration.

Jewish Grantmaking - Grantee Capacity Building: The Jewish grantmaking capacity building program provides strategic advice, technical assistance and supplemental funding to support and amplify the organizational health and impact of grantees in the US Jewish grantmaking portfolio.
