The Bowery Mission's children's programs, Mont Lawn City Camp and Mont Lawn Summer Camp, empower children to thrive and succeed, supporting families who are striving but struggling to provide opportunities for their children. Kids from New York City's most underserved neighborhoods find a safe and welcoming place to explore their talents, build lifelong friendships, grow in character, and explore the depths of God's love. In fiscal year 2024, 475 children participated in these programs, which included year-round enrichment classes and mentoring at Mont Lawn City Camp, culminating in an unforgettable week away at Mont Lawn Summer Camp in the Poconos region of Pennsylvania.
