Per its stated mission, Land CURE donated a portion of its funds back into improvements in the Hazel Park community, such as improvement to City Hall. In addition, a donation was made to enhance new signage in front of City Hall that serves as the main gateway to the City of Hazel Park and its revitalized neighborhoods. There were also redevelopment improvements to City Hall. These improvements are associated with the services and work performed by Land CURE, and it determined that these departments that assist Land CURE's mission deserved said improvements.
