The foundation identified a site for low income housing. A developement team was put in place to assist with the project for urban renewal/affordable housing. The developing entity was formed as west 52nd affordable developers, llc., of which clinton housing association was a 35% member. Construction on the property began during 2012 and was completed in 2014. Clinton housing association has commenced the process of locating and identifying future suitable locations/properties for affordable housing in the clinton region of new york city. All foundation funds are intended to be used for future affordable housing developement.
