Collaborative communities program: we envision a future where open research, data, and technology effectively work towards equitable distribution of resources, knowledge, and power. Work in our collaborative communities program invests in social and organizational infrastructure as a critical foundation for effective research and technology initiatives. We develop structures for participatory grantmaking, communities of practice, and peer-learning to support effective research and technology. In fy2024 we discontinued this program to focus on our fiscal sponsorship program. This discontinuation was not material to the overall revenues and expenses.
