Dental screening program. This foundation supports dental screening of military children on joint base lewis mccord by the lindquist dental clinic for children, a non-profit whose mission is to provide dental care for needy children. 50-80% of these children receive free or subsidized lunches. The individual dental screening provides a dental report card for each student and identifies dental needs in a small but significant percentage of the children. All of the children are also offered fluoride and sealant treatments that are accomplished at a later time. In 2024, the foundation supported the screening of more than 850 children.
