$30K"Kent Community Development Collaboratives (KCDC): For the Good Jobs Equal Economic Opportunity (GJEEO) program, CRB designed a culturally responsive workforce development strategy that reduces barriers and supports opportunities for refugees and immigrants to secure entry-level employment on a pathway to skilled jobs, and developed partnerships to position immigrant and refugee youth for high paying careers in manufacturing.

$16KYouth Voices Program: The Youth Voices program is designed to build and strengthen community capacity and youth leadership through a series of trainings, community focus groups/discussions, and a culminating youth-led events. The youth participate in the refugee and immigrant youth advisory council (RIYAC) to connect community members with government and stakeholders such as school districts, city, county, and state representatives for policy and system change to promote thriving communities.
