PACT: The Parent And Children Together (PACT) program centers on culturally appropriate Universal Developmental Screening conversations led by parent leaders of children 0-5 years of age from newcomer refugee/immigrant communities. Parent leaders plan and execute customized learning opportunities on culturally situated topics related to child development, leveraging their strong interpersonal relationships and community connections.

Experiential Learning Academy (ELA): The ELA is an out-of-school time enrichment program that aims to close the opportunity gap for newcomer refugee youth by building their soft skills and leadership skills. ELA combines peer-to-peer mentoring and targeted academic enrichment opportunities in a supportive out-of-school time and space for newly arrived refugee and immigrant youth.

"Kent Community Development Collaboratives (KCDC): For the Good Jobs Equal Economic Opportunity (GJEEO) program, CRB designed a culturally responsive workforce development strategy that reduces barriers and supports opportunities for refugees and immigrants to secure entry-level employment on a pathway to skilled jobs, and developed partnerships to position immigrant and refugee youth for high paying careers in manufacturing.

Youth Voices Program: The Youth Voices program is designed to build and strengthen community capacity and youth leadership through a series of trainings, community focus groups/discussions, and a culminating youth-led events. The youth participate in the refugee and immigrant youth advisory council (RIYAC) to connect community members with government and stakeholders such as school districts, city, county, and state representatives for policy and system change to promote thriving communities.
