Our services include preventative care, oral exams, oral hygiene, x-rays, emergency care, and dental education. For more specialized care, we offer referral services. Chc continues to be the largest dental provider in the region.

Chc focuses on integrating behavioral health into our care model by offering services in nine locations: everett (five sites), lynnwood (two sites), edmonds, and arlington. This approach allows us to effectively provide timely access to coordinated care. Our licensed, certified counselors and substance use disorder professionals work alongside our primary care providers to address the individualized needs of our patients.
