Community Power and Engaged Leadership: Community Power and Engaged Leadership works to ensure that decision makers are addressing community drinking water needs and that residents impacted by drinking water challenges are participating in the decision-making processes that affect them.

The Sustainable and Affordable Drinking Water Program advocates for funding, resources, and policy changes at the local, state and federal level to increase access to safe, clean and affordable drinking water.

The Sustainable Groundwater Program works to reduce and prevent pollution of community drinking water supplies, protect groundwater resources from over extraction and create greater community resiliency during droughts.
