The foundation's specific purpose is to rescue and provide a safe andreliable home for neglected, needy, homeless, or retired horses andother animals. The foundation rescues and cares for unwantedhorses and other animals, including those that have been neglected,abused, abandoned, or are at risk of going to slaughter. If a horsecan be rehabilitated and adopted, the foundation will find a lovinghome for them.
