We invest in community-focused broadband infrastructure and the internet service providers (isps) best placed to close the digital divide. We do this by creatively blending financing and funding with terms that work for historically marginalized communities. We integrate digital equity covenants into our investments to ensure that communities meant to be served are actually served.
