Mt. Rainier meadow rovers program our volunteers in the mt. Rainier meadow rovers program plays a vital role in preserving the beauty and integrity of mount rainier national park. Now in our third year as return rovers, we've completed extensive training to ensure we are well-prepared with safety procedures and essential tools like radios. Our responsibilities include educating visitors about park policies, such as trail etiquette and environmental preservation, while sharing insights into mount rainier's rich natural and cultural history. As interpretive assistants on the trails and trained responders in emergencies, our mission is to enhance the visitor experience and protect the park's pristine landscapes for future generations.
