$10KLed planning contracting and coordination activities in 2024 for the relocation and restoration of the Jean Cleveland House a 1925 structure intended to serve as the Youth Museum & Cultural Heritage Center. Although the physical relocation took place in April 2025 all foundational work-including architectural plans logistics and government coordination-was completed in 2024. The project received support from the State of Florida and will play a key role in revitalizing Punta Gordas Historic Cochran Business District.

$2KExpanded International CultureFest programming with events in Punta Gorda Jan and Oct Naples Feb and Cape Coral Apr drawing thousands of participants. Also hosted the 6th Annual Celtic Music Festival in Punta Gorda in May. These public festivals celebrate the regions cultural heritage promote tourism and build community engagement throughout Southwest Florida.
