Program 2
$89KInnovative teaching grants to fund expenditures not covered by the disd budget. Teachers apply for grants to fund enhancements to their instructional materials and capabilities. The grant awards are reviewed by a committee of volunteers who determine which grants to fund. The grant awards process is accomplished without the volunteer committee members knowing the identitiy of the teachers who submitted the grant applications.
