Dillingerrad worked closely with the state of connecticut to evaluate and set up systems for data collection for over 100 individual youth-serving organizations across the state. The work consisted of providing technical support to organizations as well as developing methods to enhance community sharing. A sub-component of the work was collaborating with the organizations' appointed committee to develop a strategy and approach to expand and refine the data that is collected to better define and inform the work they do with youth.

Program 2

$174K

Dillingerrad worked with a largely rural western state's department of education to collect, aggregate, organize, and analyze all applicable data relating to state grants managed by the organization culminating into a grant assessment report that summarized this data. Dillingerrad then developed and facilitated a process for identifying internal and external stakeholders (including, but not limited to potentially eligible applicants) and solicited their engagement and feedback regarding the consolidation of current grants, as well as other possible solutions for streamlining current grants and best practices for future grants resulting in both internal and external facilitation reports and dashboard tools.

Program 3

$166K

Dillingerrad has continued to partner with a large mid-western urban school district under multiple department projects that support students in the district. The primary focus of the work has been to provide support and guidance regarding improvements to the school transportation system utilized by district students. Work has helped to reduce ride times on buses, develop more innovative ways for students to get to school, and reduce overall transportation costs across the district. Additionally, dillingerrad provided technical assistance to their finance and budget teams helping to revise, refine, and develop customized reports in their new digital reporting system.

Program 4

$163K

Dillingerrad partnered with a small ct nonprofit serving in a community hub capacity in support of local area youth, from cradle to career. Dillingerrad helped streamline data collection processes and provided support in the data collection, management and best practices among the different divisions of direct service youth-serving entities, as well as at the overarching managing organization's level. Starting in july of 2024, dillingerrad took over as the local evaluator for the transforming community initiative (tci). As a local evaluator, they assess the effectiveness, impact, and implementation of community health efforts at the local level. This includes developing and carrying out evaluation plans that align with the initiative's overall goals, such as creating logic models or theories of change to guide outcomes. Dillingerrad is responsible for collecting and analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data to track progress on key indicators like policy change.
