Program 1
$4KDr. Rubins Mini Medical School conducted a Mini Medical School for High School Program over 6 weekends with 140 students and 43 Teaching Assistants. In total 183 students participated. All of the 43 TAs were mentored throughout the academic year and provided college application assistance and interview preparation for combined degree programs.
Program 2
$3KDr. Rubins Mini Medical School conducted 2 Mini Medical School Summer Experience programs each 9 hours long to introduce high school students to the fields of medicine and surgery by proivding an intense fast paced overview of the course learned and procedures taught in a real medical school. 150 students participated with the help of 40 teaching assistants who were overseen by 3 ":LEAD" TAs. In all Dr. Rubin lead 193 students through an intense expereince sparking talented students interests in the healthcare industry.
Program 3
$1KDr. Rubin ran a Mini Medical School Summer Expereince for Middle School Students program. 55 students participated. 40 TAs helped run the program with him at Edward Hospital Naperville IL. In all 95 students benefited.
Program 4
$300Dr. Rubin ran a Mini Medical School for College Students at the University of Illinois Chicago. Over 60 AMSA premed students attended. He was assisted by one lead TA. Students were given 12 experiences to learn.
