$1.7MIn addition to the VMX event mentioned above, NAVC provides additional educational and training opportunities to develop the knowledge and skill of individuals in the veterinary healthcare community through the NAVC Institute and other similar events. The NAVC Institute is an annual multi-day educational program offered to veterinary professionals. Traditionally, the NAVC Institute has over 250 registrants for its eight veterinary continuing education courses over a span of five days. These courses elevated the attendees' knowledge and skill in a particular field of study through the use of classroom lectures, hands-on labs, and group discussions with course leaders. The education at the Institute allows attendees to provide a higher quality of animal care and provides necessary continuing education credits to allow veterinary professionals to meet state-mandated education and licensing requirements.
