$24KTransition and policy adivisement program service - this program provides essential strategic supplort for the incoming city of carmel mayoral administration by successfully facilitating a seamless and efficient transition of governance. This included delivering over 50 hours of policy and communications consultation to key staff, which informed initial community outreach strategies and contributed to the rapid deployment of the new administrations priority of public service initiatives.

$8KCity and citizen program service - the purose of this program is for the support and promotion of the city of carmel. This was accomplished by using enhanced community engagement and partnering with local non-profit organizations that are focused on improving the quality of life for carmels citizens. This year, we made grants to two of our local non-profit organizations that provide meals for those in need, personal coaching, support through growth groups, and workshops for empowering previously overlooked citizens of carmel. This program strenghthens the relationship between the city government and the residents of carmel.
