ENCINO EL PASEO INC

The organization is a nonprofit corporation organized in albuquerque, new mexico in 1983 to operate an apartment complex of 20 units, providing very low income and handicapped or elderly persons with housing facilities and services specially designed to meet their physical, social and psychological needs. The housing facilities are funded under section 202 of the national housing act of 1959, as amended. Such projects are regulated by u.s. Department of housing and urban development (hud) as to rent charges and method of operations. The project's major program is its section 202 direct loan program. The project is subject to section 8 housing assistance payments agreements with hud, and a significant portion of the project's rental income is received as hud subsidies.
