Recipes for success: in 2024, ec served over 50 individuals through its recipes for success program, which provides workforce focused culinary training to clients ages 14+. Clients include those re-entering the workforce after incarceration, individuals who have experienced homelessness, clients with intellectual and other disabilities, and other economically underresourced individuals. The program aims to provide a second - or first - chance for anyone seeking to create upward economic mobility for themselves and their families. In addition, the program provides culinary training and valuable life skills that foster greater independence and economic mobility to neurodivergent clients

Extraordinary charities' nonprofit center: ec's nonprofit center is a 16,000 square foot co-working space where nine nonprofit organizations enjoy a creative, collaborative, and cooperative environment while keeping their overhead costs low. Since the center's doors opened in the summer of 2019, ec's team has been hard at work developing relationships, building partnerships, and working together to effect positive change in palm beach county.
