The Youth Development Chapter Grant Program includes an allocation and reallocations to local California FCCLA chapters to facilitate and encourage increased membership and participation in California FCCLA leadership development and career training.

In addition to being trained by the California State Officers on FCCLA knowledge stage presence and Parliamentary Procedures the Region Officers developed their communication leadership and teamwork skills.
