Policy, advocacy, and research: fpwa's work addresses the needs of new yorkers with lower incomes, ensuring that there are increasing opportunities for economic security and mobility. Fpwa conducts research and analysis to inform its policy agenda and mobilizes its network to advocate for targeted investments in policies that meaningfully dismantle the systemic and structural barriers that maintain economic deprivation. Fpwa educates leaders and decision-makers, ensuring the needs of our member agencies and the communities they serve are heard in the legislative process.
